Do you need to be a licensed waste carrier to remove garden waste?
Yes — anyone removing waste from a property as part of a paid service is legally required to be a registered waste carrier with the Environment Agency, under the duty of care set out in the Environmental Protection Act 1990. We're a licensed waste carrier, so any green waste we take away is handled and disposed of properly and legally.
What's the difference between a gardener and a landscaper?
A gardener typically looks after the ongoing life of a garden — mowing, pruning, planting and seasonal care — while a landscaper usually means bigger, structural changes like new paving, levels or drainage. In practice the two overlap a lot, and we cover both: regular gardening care and larger landscaping projects.
